Track is a Journey…
Kendell is a Junior at The University of Georgia.
She is a 3 time NCAA Champion in the Multi Events.
Currently ranked # 2 in the NCAA’s in the Heptathlon, she has already met the International Standard for the Rio Olympics. However, she still must go to the Olympic Trials and place in the top 3 to make the Team.
This has been a long journey, beginning at age 7. As a little girl running Track, she always dreamed of going to the Olympics. That dream may come true soon!
While most people think that she is from Marietta, Georgia because that is where she went to high school. Kendell has lived in Kennesaw, Georgia since she was 1 year old.
Kendell has been on 4 USA National Teams (3 as Captain) and has represented the USA in Colombia, South America, Barcelona, Spain, Lille, France, and Eugene, Oregon.
Kendell won 40 AAU National Championships in the 100 Hurdles, 200 Hurdles, 400 Hurdles, Long Jump, High Jump, and Heptathlon. She has won the Joel Ferrell Award for Best All Around Athlete 2 times. She went 7 years undefeated on American soil in the 100 Hurdles and has records that still stand today.
She has been invited to high level meets around the country. She has won Brooks in Seattle, Mobile Meet of Champions in Alabama (2X MVP) and the Great SW Meet in Albuquerque, NM to name a few.
Between Indoor and Outdoor New Balance National Championships, she has won 11, to include being the first female to score over 4000 points in the Pentathlon.
Kendell ran with The Heat Track Club since she started Track at age 7. She remains the most accomplished Athlete from that highly successful program, run by her Father, Blane Williams.
